Wolfgang Baumgartner Sensei teaches the Founder's traditional Aikido. He has studied Aikido under Saito Sensei for 30 years  and teaches the original weapon forms of aikijo and aikiken as taught by O Sensei. He is a member of Takemusu Aikido Association (TAA), which is recognized by the Aikido World Headquarter (Aikikai Hombu) in Japan. He also serves as a board member of TAA, the Association promoting the teachings of Saito Morihiro Sensei, 9th dan.

Baumgartner Sensei  emphasizes the unity of the weapons work and the bare handed techniques. The katas of Jo and Bokken transmitted by Saito Sensei  are the foundations for the correct movements in Aikido.  Baumgartner Sensei works with all levels of students and his unique teaching style makes everyone feel welcome. Aikido is not a means to an end, but a continuing process of learning and personal growth.
